Jolt writes: "We're honestly not expecting a huge amount of readership of this review, so we're glad you've made it this far. With SOE's focus on its other big name collectible card game and the Stargate TV show having passed its popularity peak about five years ago, this gem of a TCG has managed to fall by a long forgotten wayside. Not only did this, the game's second expansion, miss its release date by around two months with no explanation, but when it did finally sneak out for sale to zero fanfare, it even took the hardcore players by surprise.
In fact, since the release of the first expansion back in August last year, a number of broken cards went uncorrected as developers worked on other projects, while a diminishing community continued to ask for some kind of evidence that they weren't being ignored. SOE's response? A stony wall of silence, as though the powers that be had decided to let this particular enterprise die a slow, fitful and largely unnoticed death thanks to minimal marketing support. Which is a shame, because it doesn't deserve it."
WorthPlaying is reporting that "Stargate Resistance" will be hitting store shelves on Feb 11, 2010.
You may have heard that the official Stargate Worlds MMORPG is dead before it even launched. But that will not stop you from playing this free Stargate game...
They shouldn't have cancelled the PS2 and Xbox game for Stargate online now we have nothing.

Is the Stargate Worlds MMORPG Dead? Cheyenne Mountain Money Problems & a new Lawsuit may delay the Stargate Worlds MMO Release Date....
For those who like stargate and MMO games I hope not. I am not a fan of MMO games but I like stagate and wish they done the game as a single player game but I cant have everything my way.
