The government needs a taskforce with serious fundung that can opporate across borders to go after cyber criminals.
It is getting out of hand and it is the regular citizens of the world that suffer the consequences of these hacks and breaches.
My fear is that if left unchecked, state sponsored hackers from corrupt or governents under sections may use this as a method of raising revenue at the expense of everyone else.

I seen Sniper Elite 3 for 12$ on reddit, that must be one of the keys.
Well, those sites are usually pretty underhanded to begin with. Im certain most people know that the prices of steam games vary from region to region based on income and piracy levels to promote people to buy the game. Many Key based sites operate by buying keys from one region and selling them in another, thus abusing Valves generosity to less privileged areas.
Of course, money is exchanged so its not all bad, but i think it should be expected that such middle men could be unreliable.
