"The anticipation surrounding Godfire: Rise of Prometheus, the new mobile game from Vivid Games, was palpable. The launch trailer had us at GameNGuide intrigued, anxious, salivating. 'At last,' we thought, 'a worthy action game from the App store!' The combat looks exquisite, the storyline involves neo-futuristic gods and men waging battle, which is always a winning combination, the graphics push the limits of a phone or tablet. The likes of Samsung's and Sony's latest phones already give the Switch a run for its money.
Minecraft runs better on my S8 in a higher resolution with farther draw distance and much wider FoV too.
Hopefully more devs will take greater advantage of mobile tech now that mobile CPU's and GPU's have become much more efficient. I can probably game longer on my phone than Switch too even with all the extra fixings and multitasking.
