Mostly I checked out the Astro C40 because we were offered one, I play lots of PlayStation 4 games, and I was curious how anyone would even seek to improve something I already loved. Oh boy, reader, buckle up, because I hated this one and you’re in for a ride.
I always stick with the official controllers on any console as I find them to always be the best. I just wish Sony did a pro controller for the PS4 like MS did for the XBO.
I like the Sony controller, but I have now had 2 fail on me, and they are just too expensive. I have now invested in some third party wired controllers for about half the price and they are working out pretty good.

You can't turn on your PS4 with it cause it needs it's own USB stick. And the price is like a whole console. Thanks but no.
If they make something like this for PS5 and fix the couple issues it has I may buy one . But it’s kind of late in the generation to bring this out for that price . It’s a lot better than the SCUF controllers that are the same price though .
