With E3 in the rearview mirror, which console makes the most compelling case?

LOS ANGELES -- With the dust all but settled, E3 2014 has given both Microsoft and Sony a chance to outline their respective plans for the next 12 months and beyond.

As a consumer, there's a much better sense of what's to come, perhaps making the decision of which next-generation console to go with that much easier.

I wish everyone played on 1 console. All pc, ps, xbox, and nintendo all on one console without a stupid team of people in control. A team that interacts with the fans and listens to their requests. Oh what a dream that would be if it came true

for me it was the wii u and xbone they were both on par while ps4 was lacking this year with 0 surprise announcements and previously announced games not showing up. Nintendo had by far the best conference it was exciting and fun to watch, they had exclusive third party games,new 2nd party ip, sequels to there first parties, and even the announcement of the return of star fox. Microsoft was very impressive this year with a big turn around from the former. brought in games showed last year,showed off sequels to there first party games, brought a new ip, and brought back an old Ip

what was a surprise? lbp 3? we ALL saw it coming and while it was nice and its a fun game compare it to project spark... and uncharted wasn't a surprise either especially since there was no gameplay. please name something. as in an exclusive so that excludes things like no mans land and that old game they brought back . also be more mature don't stop reading once you don't agree with something read it through
