"Regardless of the entry, the Tales of series typically features an impressive anime-esque style, resulting in an interesting, flashy, and very Japanese adventure. My time with Tales of Hearts R, however, was not very interesting. Unfortunately, this game really failed to make much of an impression on me. With the time I had, I managed to explore a desert area and encounter a large boss monster. I had taken it for granted and jumped on in to encounter what was actually the most boring boss battle I have ever fought."
VGChartz's Adam Cartwright: "What I aim to examine in this article is the output of each of the major localization companies, in terms of what they released, what they chose not to release (including when they localized titles for other platforms but skipped the Vita version), as well as some brief commentary on the quality of their translations, before providing an overall rating on their support (outstanding -> amazing – > good -> solid -> poor).
A large part of the reason I love Vita so much is thanks to its brilliant selection of Japanese games and that’s really what I want to celebrate here, but also lament some of the missed opportunities we had along the way."
Author Writes: Tales is one of the most prolific JRPG franchises out there, and after Tales of Vesperia: Definitive Edition there are a few others that deserve a remaster.
Amazon is currently having a sale on digital games for PS4, PS3, PS Vita and Xbox One, and they are offering up to 75% off on selected consoles and handheld games. So if you’re looking to buy some new digital games, you can receive massive discounts on games that you never thought would go below their retail price from this digital sale.
I really dislike these articles. Every day they're pretty much the same. It's just a random assortment of Amazon's usual sales. I don't understand why this is posted every single day with just a different sale name.
combat is not really bad, its actually quite good, if all you had is little time to try the game at a randomly selected part, then you clearly didnt learn how hearts' battle system works, i would say it's battle system is one of it's stronger points as it obviously does not have graphics like ps3.
