Nobody confirmed Project Beast at this point, I'm still not completely sure that we will see it today ...but I'm really hoping to, this would be without a doubt my favourite announcement of this years E3.

We deserve that much we've been waiting for 5 years it would be great if the studio updated us on.. something other than its still in production because we know that already.

I love the teaser trailer but I've seen that trailer at least 50 times and its the ONLY teaser after 5 years.

I really dont see how if this game is still in development, they cant muster up one e3 trailer with some gameplay + announcement as a ps3/ps4 or just ps4 title. it was announced in the year 2007, even with the obvious move to ps4 there should be something show able by now for this years e3. I really hope this is just a david jaffe like ruse and TLG makes an appearance this e3. sonys really blowing a huge opportunity here.....

The term "future" is vague and does not explicitly mean Sony wont show it at their press conference. Great to see its still in production but lets not assume future means distant future!

There is a rumor from VG247 confirming it won't be shown at their conference.

More importantly, why do you reveal that the game is not cancelled in response to a fake rumor? They could have just shown it at E3 and made a much bigger impact. They didn't, hence I don't think E3 will be the one where we see it again.

So far I give E3 a D+. Microsoft conference was ok and EA conference was garbage. Sony and Nintendo need to bring their A game. What was supposed to be the best E3 ever is looking like the lamest E3 ever.

I really liked MS E3, they did a great job. The only problem I have is no surprises and that Conker in Spark is garbage, though Halo Collection is truly wonderful. I think they announced plenty of exclusives for next year, have showed they are getting indies (something that apparently matters), third party partnerships like Sony, and showed off everything we can expect to release this year. I much prefer these companies talk about now rather than games years away (cough..cough EA)

PlayStation has always had more exclusive shooters than Xbox:

Socom, Warhawk, Starhawk, MAG, Killzone, Resistance, Twisted Metal, Uncharted.

Even though they are all categorised as shooters, they have their own diversity and can even be labelled under separate genres. It's strange that the perception that Xbox is the shooterbox, perhaps because they put so much money into games like Halo, Gears, Titanfall and timed Call of Duty exclusivity.

I think either Gamescon or Tokyo Game Show will be the time to re-reveal this game. Most likely TGS cause to generate some interest in the PS4 cause it isn't setting the Japan gaming scene on fire like we thought it would.

Sony thinks they made a HUGE mistake by revealing this game at the time they did 7 years ago when it was clearly wasn't ready. The trust they had with Ueda-san & his team probably convinced then to do so hence the fall out. Ueda's vision was too much for his little team to deliver on that vision, that pressure must have been immense to live up to lofty expectations.

They are stuck behind the 8 ball no matter what they do. Show it again & have it not ready yet again or bite the bullet & make sure it is absolutely ready to be shown again.

It's frustrating cause i may speak for many of us, we wanna experience what Team Ico has crafted. They are a team that deserves that cause of their reputation of delivering memorable experiences. You know what i'm ok with them not showing it cause i have a feeling when it does get released it will be something special.
