It wasn't bad but there was ALLOT of Money hatting and I'm not a fan of money hatting.
Imo I personally think its fantastic that MS has a very strong 1st party line up. Despite it being the usual stuff, these games sale and are highly acclaimed.
Platinum Games new Ip, Crackdown Phantom Dust resurrection and is the best news (for me of course) and loads and loads of indies and some even being exclusive.
We still have Gears to be announced and Quantum Break to look at.
I give MS a solid A. The take away was the money hatting imo. But the powerful line up of mixed of new Ips and older as well as huge amount of indies gives them a overall great show.
I give MS an A for just a stellar and packed line up of exclusives.
Microsoft and their PR department needs to tone down their hype for everything they do because nothing they put out ever meets that hype and their E3 show is a classic example of that. It was a HO HUM show at best in fact it was pretty much a replay of last years show. Well game wise lol. Sony wins again.
I would give it a solid B for showing many games but nothing really unpredicatable. However, there were alot of multiplat games shown and lots of cgi. What did suck was showing Conker and then saying it was in Project Spark, what a tease!
B- .... This is coming from an PSFan. Heavily relied on Third Party... Not enough First Party.. & They gave me ZERO reasons to invest in the console at all. Everything that i want is MP... Not a Halo fan.. Fable lost it touch years ago... LOL Crackdown. But props for making it all games.. But needed more Balance.

C- at best. way overhyped and too many cgi trailers. nothing exciting for early 2015 either.
B+/A-
