Almost exactly a year to the day where it was revealed that How To Survive was being ported to the Wii U, the expected release date for the game has been revealed thanks to a new listing on the European Wii U eShop. In the below screenshot the release date of June 5th can clearly be seen which is next Thursday, the usual release date for eShop titles in Europe.
