X-Men: Days of Future Past hit cinemas in the last week, raking in the money and garnering great reviews. Surprisingly, for a film this big with a massive hype machine behind it, there was no official videogame to try and part us from our hard-earned cash. X-Men Origins killed it, figuratively and literally. Awesome game. Would love to see Marvel self-publish someday and churn out gold like that on a yearly basis.

Personally, I thought the X-Men 3 video game was pretty good, despite the reviews... Being able to teleport as Nightcrawler and dash around as Iceman was wicked cool fun!

By all means, I agree. Wish I had kept that game, it really did have some great teleporting combat with 'ole blue tail. Darn, we need a Nightcrawler game too while we're at it.

Review - Among The Whispers: Provocation (PC) | WayTooManyGames

WTMG's Kyle Nicol: "Despite some good ideas that could have made Among The Whispers: Provocation a compelling addition to the ghost hunting horror subgenre, there are a lot of messy elements scattered throughout all of its corners. It does have a solid foundation, and being single-player does differentiate it from its sources of inspiration, but at the end of the day, the source of inspiration is still a better experience. It does lack variety and becomes tedious very quickly."
