"Ahead of today's Embargo lift, Sony mistakenly released the new The Evil Within screenshots on their flickr account, check them out below. Journalists have played the game for the first time ever, in a session that lasted two hours, and the embargo for their hands-on impressions lifts later today, so be sure to check back on the site for more info"

Was playing Alien: Isolation again a few weeks ago, still holds up and the AI is incredible.
F.E.A.R. was another amazing game, shame the series went downhill with 2 and then fell off entirely with F3AR.
Couldn’t get into Fatal Frame, bought the remaster on PS5 and just…couldn’t.
Nice to hear that the hands-on previews are coming today... They should be more telling of the game's quality since they played 2 hours.
Can't wait to see the hands on impressions of this game.... Survival horror is my favorite genre hands down and I hope it makes a strong comeback. Nothing imo has really touched the early silent hill games, resident evil, and fatal frame games.
This game has always been on my radar when it first got announced. I hope this game jolts the survival horror genre back to forefront of gaming, just like some 15 years ago.
Now if only Silent Hill makes a great comeback.
After reading the updated impressions from the PAX East demos in the latest GameInformer, I'm really not very interested in this game any longer. They've changed a lot from the original reveal...and not really for the better. It's sounding more like that horrible Alone in the Dark reboot from last gen.
EDIT: @ Axisian ...sorry, I didn't mean "hands-on", in the literal sense...just up-close and personal looks at the demos. Fixed. But my point was, regardless of who's holding the controller, it sounded like an unfortunate departure from their original vision.
Wow. Looks like i'm gonna enjoy this game...a lot!
And when the time comes, i hope i already had a new pair of pants and underwear :D
