Nintendo Insider writes: Hyrule Warriors is the cover story of this week’s Famitsu, with the Japanese magazine providing a glimpse at how the Wii U exclusive crossover is shaping up.
Game is looking great more and more I see. Looks like Bayonetta and the Legend Of Zelda fused together with the Warriors fighting style. I really want to learn more about this new Witch Shia and her plot to take over Hyrule Kingdom (Gannon is involved some how). Can't wait for E3! Just need Nintendo to give me a release date so I can go pre order.
Is this supposed to be like a smash bros game? I've seen pictures but never got what this game is really about. Thanks for the help.
* So basically Legend of Zelda U, will look AT LEAST this good. ^ I'm cool with that.
This looks mediocre to be honest. Expect a lot of empty planes. Nintendo can do better.
Boobs...Team Ninja...Of course lol This game is shaping up nicely under Aonuma's guidance
Great! Hyrule Warriors, Bayonetta 2 and X, great exclusives coming for Wii U, again.
Hmmm. Look like bullshots to be honest
Why would you say that, it's not like the screen shots look beyond the WiiU's capabilities. I'm actually hoping that it looks better than these pics in motion.
I don't think so. They're pretty low res though so I don't know what it'll look like fullscreen.
It's nothing the Wii U can't do. If the Wii U can handle Project Cars it can handle a Musou game.
I'm waiting for a true zelda game on the wii u
Same, this is just an interesting Dynasty Warriors game that I may or may not pick up depending on gameplay.
Could be okay if they keep some Zelda elements.
May the force be with you, Link. Luke? Er.. wait Yes Link. May the Tri-Force be with you, Link.
Hey, listen! Did you know that the Millennium Cucoo can finish the Epona Run in under 12 parsecs? Maybe it can help us defeat Darthandorf!
Surely there's a unit of measurement unique to Nintendo? Parsecs is too much of of science-fictiony term.
Shut up Navi!
The colors look too muted and lifeless like most last-gen games on the PS3/360. Come on, turn the color pallet up.
Look's good enough for me!
hopefully we'll see more of it at e3
This looks sick 😁 i want to see more
People need to look a little deeper. Does no one see that Nintendo is still in control of the direction of the game. The game is under the guidance of Aonuma. Hyrule Warriors, titled Zelda Musou in Japan, is developed by ωForce (called Omega Force) and Team Ninja with supervision from Zelda series producer Eiji Aonuma.
I think you need to look deeper. Aonuma is guiding the game, but if he was in that much control, he wouldn't have been surprised at the number of playable characters or what not...Aonuma is probably too busy with Zelda U and prepping for E3 to spend too much time with Hyrule Warriors. Also Shia's design has Team Ninja all over it....lol I wonder what Zelda will look like SPOILERS FOR STORY: Also the story doesn't seem very typical of Nintendo... Shia was the protector of the Triforce and develops a crush on Link. She then becomes jealous of Link's relationship with Zelda and turns evil. What? Love triangle in a Nintendo game?? And it's like the first time Link and Zelda are actually an item(in the game, or so it seems)
Well in Skyward Sword both Link and Groose had a crush on Zelda, and Zelda only liked Link.
