Team TerraBite, a student team from Dundee’s Abertay University, have won this year’s Microsoft Imagine Cup UK in the Gaming category with their Kinect 2 puzzle game Project Cyber. They also won the People’s Choice award in the Gaming category.
Trevor Osz from the Spiderduck Network was able to see Project Cyber first hand at PAX East 2014 this year and was impressed by the crowd reaction as well as the sheer fun factor of the game. There is a lot more to the story as he got an interview with both Simon and Malik about the game as well as video footage of the tournament finals from Day 3. The future of eSports is here!
oh crap i didn't know the developers of tiny brains is making project cyber.
that is pretty cool and 6 minute matches are a bit cool also that will make sure the matches arent too drawn out and it will have people wanting to play another round quickly
Haven't played Tiny Brains but it looked interesting. Will have to look out for this game.

I played an awesome new game called Roundabout at the Indie Games booth. Think Crazy Taxi meets Hotline Miami, with hilarious live-action cut scenes.
