Last week was held the Xbox 360 Showcase in San Francisco, and we've had the great opportunity to spend some quality time with the bests game designers of the Microsoft pool. Last friday we started with Shane Kim, Corporate Vice President of Microsoft Games Studio. Today we go on with the creator of the Dead or Alive and Ninja Gaiden series, head of Team Ninja and Katana enthusiast, the uncompromising Tomonobu Itagaki and his Ninja Gaiden 2.
"Back in the innocent days of 2010, A World of Keflings was a fairly popular successor to A Kingdom for Keflings. I even wrote about it a few times in 2012! But the world of humans moved on, and NinjaBee's city-building/adventure game was last seen on the ill-fated Wii U in 2014. Fast-forward to the dark year of 2025, and not only is A World of Keflings coming to Steam, but there's already a playable demo! Perhaps the cheerful, no pressure gameplay that the Keflings bring is just what we need nowadays," says Co-Optimus.
It's been officially over 2,500 days since The Elder Scrolls 6 was revealed, and fans are still waiting for more than a logo and a mountain range.
It will come out in another 1000-2000 days or so. I’d rather they remake Morrowind. After they added quest arrows, sprint button, making stats lesser and the big nerfs to spells Elder Scrolls has been too simplified. They could change that with ES6 but I don’t have much faith in modern Bethesda. I would love to be wrong
Xbox Game Studios' Halo: Combat Evolved Remake is reportedly planned to release in late 2026 to celebrate 25 years of Xbox.
They coulda started with Halo 3 remake ... I know Halo CE remaster was not proper with the art style but still, remaking after a remaster seems dull, when Halo 3 and Reach have started to show some age.
I can't stand this guy. He's always been so full of himself and his games aren't even that good.
I mean,jeezus...
Anyways, hopefully Itagaki will announce the Camera Patch soon.
"Yes, our game bombed. I insulted everyone and now my game is only an A-AA title. But it's not my fault. My Dev team sucks ass. Useless fools. And the 360 is terrible hardware. And critics obviously don't know how to use my camera properly. Framerate is overrated, only idiots would criticize that!"
Wow, atleast he's honest!
I gave Itagaki and his team alot of respect when I first saw DOA3 on the original xbox. The graphics for that game was simply incredible.
NG1 was a great game and I cannot wait for NG2.
if there is any bugs that need to be fixed they can be addressed with a patch, with that being said it's going to have a lot of new costumes up for downloads, plus it's going to have the ability to record your game play and display it online, just like halo 3 itagaki said.
