T.E.C 3001 is a good looking runner with plenty of content to enjoy, but it’s saddled with a control scheme that gets in the way of actual enjoyment.
Solid presentation and a ton of options help T.E.C. 3001 stand out in the runner genre, but the wishy-washy controls throw up unwelcome hurdles.
It's not often that a game is marked down because it has too many ideas, but TEC 3001 represents one of those rare occasions. There's so much going on in the futuristic runner that it's easy to get befuddled and lose your way before your sprint has even started.
