Blac explains how your gaming comfort zone is killing your gaming life.
I stepped out of my comfort zone to play Persona 4 Golden and Danganronpa. They are now my two favourite games.
My comfort zone is MMORPG's. I play so many, and it's gotten to the point that I have trouble enjoying a single player game. I played Batman:AO for all of an hour after buying it. Haven't touched it since. It's gotten to the point that if I don't see other people running around doing their thing, it doesn't feel like a game to me.
I always hated point and click games, but I decided to try Back to The Future: The Game because it was a sequel to the movies. I loved it. After that I tried Walking Dead. Loved it, too. Now I'm playing The Wolf Among Us and it's really great. I also never played visual novels and I hated puzzle games. I played Zero Escape: Virtue's Last Reward ony because it was "free" on PS+. Now it's probably my favorite game on Vita and it made me buy its prequel for DS (and it's making me cry that the developers don't have enough money to make a sequel).
