Tales of Xillia 2 Coming Out August 19 In The United States, US Collector's Edition Announced

I need to catch up on some tales.

Have Abyss 3DS ( my first tales of game), and then Hearts R is heading over for Vita.

I don't have a PS3 though, so I'm hoping I can eventually play all these on PS4.

It will be a very very long time if you want to play this on PS4. I don't know if Namco interested to put all their Tales games on PS Now either.

So i'll suggest you buy a PS3 (it's cheap anyway) and buy a copy of Graces f, Xillia, Symphonia Chronicles, and later Xillia 2 and Zestiria before they became very rare and expensive like Tales of Destiny / Eternia on PS1.

I know I've considered it, but I could pay a bit more money and get a PS4 & I'd rather do that.

If these were like 5-6 Dragon Quest games then maybe I'd do it.

Well if you want it that way than more power to you.

But to give you some picture of how long you must wait, i'll give you some example:

- Tales of Destiny for PS1 released in 1997. Nine years later Namco decided to remake the game for PS2.

- Tales of Symphonia for GC/PS2 released eleven years ago before Namco decided to remaster Symphonia & the sequel (Dawn of the new world) for PS3.

So, if you want to play some last gen Tales on PS4, than i think you need to wait for four-five years (minimal) to ten-eleven years (max).

It's not really a choice of IF I want to get a PS3.

I'd love to have one.

I just bought a Vita & Wii U & games + upcoming games I'm going to purchase.

I just don't have the money right now.

Ill try it out.. xillia 1 was boring in the begining but got better towards the end... I enjoyed it overall but the voice acting threw me off with the chick having a lisp... Very much enjoyed the combat but i didnt care for the party members as i did with vesperia.. we will see how this turns out.. I will support all tales games that release in the west

u must've not listened to the whole story then.. She had a lisp the entire game. Still great game overall though.. I really enjoyed every tales game ive ever played.. I just didnt like the liniar world in xilllia with no ship to fly across the entire world revisiting areas to collect new items.. Vesperia was my favorite so far but we wo;; see when this one comes out as well as tales of hearts r for vita.. That there is a day 1 buy for me
