a few points , its not a remake. No one knows anything about this game, well not anything significant anyway.

Nintendo has been developing disaster: day of crisis for about 2 years now, it s a brand new ip. Look it up. Also nintendo has had new ips over the gamecube and wii generations.

They had geist for the gamecube and eternal darkness: Sanity's requiem.

Yes eternal darkness is owned by nintendo not silicon knights.

i mean, yeah, i will give you that. But you just stated only 2 new ip's? is that something to be happy about? mario super sluggers. Its a baseball game. Mario Baseball has been made.

I will admit, im still loving brawl, but all these characters and games. their BIG ONES (kart, mario, metriod, etc.) are about played out. I also think i will be tired of smash broth after this. Three installments is about as far as my interest goes. (Final Fantasy is an exception because they are all different.)

I speak as a gamer who has been around gaming for a long time. Not as a casual whose Wii as his first console. Yeah, its selling alot. Most people who are getting the Wii are playing this stuff for the first time. Its completely different for me.

Yes, Nintendo is making the best decision to make the most money. That doesn't mean its making hardcore gamers happy.

I'm a long time gamer too, since age 5. Why complain about it if it's not for you? Spend better time caring about games that matter to you instead of spamming the wii area with hate, and you'll have more bubbles.

I'm not so concerned with the "Mario" as I am with WHY DO WE NEED SO MANY SPORT GAMES?! Seriously, Wii Sports and Wii Play is enough.

what a terrible rebuttle man. These nintendo games have 10 and 20 iterations. Those games you listed are sequals with new stories and updated graphics ands stuff. You dont see Metal Gear Baseball, Metal Gear Soccer, Metal Gear Tennis, etc. You get my point?

And by the way, we know they are making money. We are talking about what we as gamers want. Not what makes Nintendo money. Yes, it makes sense for them. We are just expressing our frustration, the fans who have been with them forever, but who they seem to have forgotten.
