Glitch Cat - Strike Suit Zero: Director’s Cut went with the kitchen-sink approach: let’s throw in everything and see what sticks. Fun concepts like dogfights and mechs are driven to the ground by repetition and overwhelming the player with an absurd amount of enemies and never-ending stages. While it’s music and backdrops are impressive, and the Strike Suit itself is fun to use, they can’t save this deeply monotonous experience. Here, simple would’ve proved to be better.
