Assassin's Creed Comet – a second Assassin's Creed title rumoured to be in development for release on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 later this year – may be set in Ancient Rome, judging by comments made by Ubisoft Toronto head Jade Raymond.
Ooo now that might be interesting
I'd love to see them take on some new and unique locations. France is a great idea and ancient Rome is pretty good too. Feudal China, early Indian, Soviet Union during the cold war. All could potentially be interesting.
Why the down votes, you guys rather AC say in the exact same place always? If that was the case for all games we would never see GTA's take place in Vice City and Los Santos. . .
Too much Assassin's creed games..
*many then dont buy it.
I think she was just referring to the other games set in Rome, unfortunately. An ancient Roman setting during the gladiatorial times is something I have always wanted. The part about Caesars comet is interesting though
Let's go back to ancient Sumeria, I would love to see that setting. Maybe intertwine the Epic of Gilgamesh with the story.
I love ancient Rome! Hope this comes out for PS4 as a port! I would like to one day see a AC game set during the rise "or fall" of the Indus Civilization One of the most advanced Civilizations of it's day!
they already did ancient rome.
