After racking up 250 hours on it and playing its expansions (Tribunal and Bloodmoon), it became one of my favourite games of all time. Starting back in 1994 with Arena, the series has been a staple of the RPG genre, and in recent years its popularity has risen greatly.
Zenimax Online Studios, the developer behind The Elder Scrolls Online, is currently working on a brand new engine for a multiplatform title.
