The Mozilla dev team claims to have squeezed more performance out of Firefox 3.0. The betas were fast, so has the team been able to get more out of their code?
Over the past few months I have benchmarked several incarnations of Firefox 3.0 beta. My last benchmark of Firefox 3.0 (using the SunSpider JavaScript benchmark), which looked at Beta 5, showed the browser to be the fastest of the pack, comfortably beating all the competition.
So, how does Firefox 3.0 RC 1 compare?

really like ff3
but i want to buy a mac, how does it perform on a mac? is it good too? I am getting really tired of windows, I don't use my PC for games or anything, I am just a regular student who uses the computer just to do homeworks, chat and have my music, videos, etc there.
firefox works amazingly on a Mac. it's the only browser i use. i'd like to update to 3 but some of my addons don't work with it yet so i'd like to wait until the addon creators update them.
lmao @ IE7 being the slowest and sh1ttiest on every test.
I like the version of Windows Vista.
