More than 100 Nintendo Wii Games That Really Enjoyed

NE:

On Nintendo Enthusiast we rarely make Top 10 lists. If we’re going to make a list it usually has to be a significant number of something, like our 120+ Upcoming Wii U Indie Games list or 100 N64 Games We Remember Fondly. This time we’re looking at the most recent generation before current– The Wii Era. Not so long ago, Nintendo was on top in this eight generation long game of King of the Roost. The Wii was selling millions each year, and while third party support wasn’t exceptional, the Wii still managed to build up an impressive library of unique titles.

Our very own Giancarlo Bellotto has played an unhealthy amount of these games and is in fact able to give his personal opinion on over 100 games on the Wii. He split up this feature into eight parts, covering a different genre in each part. You can find the full list of games below and read his proper descriptions and opinion on each of them in the respective articles. If you’re looking for a good Wii game to play, we’re sure you’ll find something to enjoy in these lists.

Xenoblade Chronicles is not only the best Wii game I've ever played, but might also be my favorite game of the entire console generation.

I can't tell enough people about this game. It's amazing.

Strange how they missed king of fighters collection for their fighter list. It plays very well. Perhaps even better than the PS2 ver.

As for the wiiware, all the rebirth games are great. Really surprised konami didnt do a metal gear rebirth.

XBLA Classic 'A World of Keflings' Is Coming to Steam, and There's a Demo

"Back in the innocent days of 2010, A World of Keflings was a fairly popular successor to A Kingdom for Keflings. I even wrote about it a few times in 2012! But the world of humans moved on, and NinjaBee's city-building/adventure game was last seen on the ill-fated Wii U in 2014. Fast-forward to the dark year of 2025, and not only is A World of Keflings coming to Steam, but there's already a playable demo! Perhaps the cheerful, no pressure gameplay that the Keflings bring is just what we need nowadays," says Co-Optimus.
