There are few interesting titles (upcoming and released) that can be grabbed, such as Dark Souls II ($32), Watch Dogs ($37) or Splinter Cell: Blacklist ($7).

I agree, but Splinter Cell: Blacklist is good deal as well for anyone who missed it. I'm not that interested in Watch Dogs since its initial reveal (we all know what happened since then), but I guess it's a good price for PC as well.

Someone on X1 will have to pay almost $100 if they wanna play online. That's cheap

Don't you have to pay to play online on both systems now, although with a few exception on the PS4.

For example ESO allows you to play online without a PS+ subscription.
