AWESOMEoutof10's Jonathan Moore takes on Housemarque's shambling, rotting and horrific zombie game, Dead Nation: Apocalypse Edition. "But Dead Nation: Apocalypse Edition just doesn’t know what it wants to be; it’s equal parts Resident Evil and Super Stardust HD without the thrill of either. Don’t come here expecting to find deep gameplay or leveling or story. There’s none to be had. The tired, tropish narrative is something you’ve seen in a hundred B-grade zombie flicks; the gameplay isn’t revolutionary or even modern; the leveling is perfunctory at best. There are better twin-stick shooters out there, just look to Housemarque’s other titles."
