BlackSoul Extended Edition Review: 1993′s Worst Game of the Year (Twinfinite)

I like horror games. I like adventure games. And I like puzzle games. So when those three come together I get kind of excited, like a younger version of myself playing Alone in the Dark only with more beard and less optimism.

So when BlackSoul: Extended Edition from XeniosVision landed on my plate I got a little excited. And that excitement held true, for another reason. I finally got to play my very first (virtually) unplayable game, for both design and technical reasons, and it didn’t crash my computer.

You had me until you put one of the best selling games of the year on your list. Destiny one of the worst games of the year? I, and the millions of others that play it daily, disagree.

Just because a game sells well doesn't mean it doesn't warrant a place on the list. Rambo could have sold millions of copies but it'd still be awful :)

I also explained the reasoning behind it and it wouldn't be the case for everyone which I understand

Blacksoul: Extended Edition Review | Combo Caster

Blacksoul, whether extended or not a horrible game. Maybe when it was originally released it worked, but most players use Windows 7 or 8 and the game seems to not work those OSs without a resolution with pixel size of potatoes.
