Top 10 Indiana Jones Games

Via IGN: "Welcome to IGN Retro's new weekly countdown of the strange, silliest, and best moments in classic gaming: Top 10. But don't let that "top" part lull you - we'll point out just as much infamy on these lists as we do the good stuff.

Indiana Jones is more than just a figure of the silver screen -- the hero has whipped his way through several videogames since his first romp on the Atari 2600. In honor of the release of the fourth Indy film "The Kingdom of the Crystal Skull," IGN Retro has put together a list of the top Indiana Jones games you need to check out in order to set the mood for the movie debut.

Wait a sec. There are only nine games here. The omission is on purpose. With two Indiana Jones games en route -- LEGO Indiana Jones and an Indy game for the Xbox 360 and PS3 -- we left a spot open because both are showing enormous promise. Should either be the knockout we're hoping for, expect to see that empty tenth place be filled with a new adventure."

lol, Atari 2600's Raiders of the Lost Ark was just reviewed by the angry video game nerd and that probably means the game isn't that good. Still, I didn't even know that there were more than 5 Indy games let a lone more than 10 to make a top 10.

Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis is the best Indy game ever and certainly one of the best games I've ever played in the last 20 years. If you have the chance grab it!

LOL!

I actually prefer Fate of Atlantis to Uncharted, but to be fair they are totally different games.

I love Indy & the fate of Atlantis.
A beautiful game in its day, although the animation and character still shines through today. With quality voice acting too. It actually feels like another Indy film, only you control it. For a graphic adventure the gameplay is surprisingly non-linear with 3 different styles of play. It captures the feel of the indy world and a great globe-trotting story. Le magnifique.

LucasArts should make another great graphic adventure. The market is ready for it!

I am going to echo those above me and say that "Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis" was an absolute gem of a game. Perfect balance of action, puzzle solving and just plain fun. It was true to the Indiana Jones universe without straying into the bizarre like "Emperor's Tomb."

Speaking of "Indiana Jones and the Emperor's Tomb", it was actually a very good game that unfortunately lost sight of what it was trying to be when in the last quarter of the game, the Netherworld, things took a trip into the bizarre. I could handle a certain amount of the supernatural, but when you're battling ghost soldiers for the better part of two or three hours it got to be a bit much. It also didn't help that the difficulty in the last sections of the game ramped up significantly to an almost ridiculous level.

EKWB reportedly plagued with financial disarray many gaming pc's left without parts

EK Cooling allegedly has slipped itself into a hot soup of seemingly endless financial woes, where it has not paid its staff, suppliers, and contractors for many months as the company is facing liquidity problems and a surplus of inventory left unsold, stuck in the warehouse for a more extended period. Gamers Nexus investigated these claims made by former and current personnel, where he found trails of unpaid bills lasting as long as three to four months and unpaid raises that accumulated for almost a year.

EK Water Blocks has two entities—a Slovenian-based headquarters and a US-based subsidiary, EK Cooling Solutions. Steve narrated the series of events in detail, stating that the company was reportedly irresponsible and negligent regarding payment. Consequently, partners and employees are forced to share the burden of alleged mismanagement. It all begins with its extensive range of products, leading to a surplus of goods. EK has over 230 water blocks, 40 liquid cooling kits, 85 reservoirs, 40 pumps, 73 radiators, and 212 miscellaneous accessories.

Yes this is not about video games directly but indirectly this will impact the pc gaming/workstation space hard.

This company is massive one of two in the water cool space so if it goes poof then thousands out there have no spare parts or half built computers.

SO yeah i know not about a video game but think of it as amd leaving the pc space but this is ekwb that could be leaving water cooling in the pc space

As someone that has built a watercooling rig. EK is big, but there's so many numerous watercooling part companies out there. EK's stuff isn't exactly amazing quality for the price compared to others either, it's just ok. Much like Corsair. The impact would be negligible long term. For perspective the majority of my parts are XSPC, at most I use EK for my gpu waterblocks and fittings. Both easily replaceable.
