It is just a shame to just waste a great concepts seen in tech demos only aka Samaritan, UE4 Elemental and Infiltrator demos. They have the great profiles to give birth to outstanding games (unlike some other retraded demos...cough Ruby...cough). Gears Of War just started as a tech demo of UE3.

That Infiltrator demo definitely needs to become a game. I could really get into playing as that character, and the environments looked awesome.

I agree that the Infiltrator demo was awesome and has a lot of potential to be expanded into a game.

Totally agree. I wonder why these demos never become full games, I mean the concept behind Samaritan is freaking sweet and gamers across the globe would love play it as opposed to watching a teaser demo.

It's hard to believe that devs don't realize this and I just wish they give us what we want instead of playing with our emotions.

Same here it looks epic

Roccetarius2304d ago

This definitely screams Samaritan, so it'll be interesting to see what's on the table.

I believe they did the same thing with teasing the first Gears. They showed off the UE3 tech demo using one of the Locusts... Makes sense they do the same for Samaritan.
