PALGN writes: "While it may have been delayed almost to the point of silliness, anticipation is still quite high for PlayStation Home, Sony's trump card in the online gaming stakes. Offering much more of a community approach than it's counter-parts, Home is full of different levels of customization which will allow you to live with your friends in a virtual world of sorts, where you'll be able to hang out and easily launch into the game of your choice with the mere touch of a button, among other things.
At our recent trip to PlayStation Day, we got a chance to play the game for a bit, and we have to say that the amount of detail is impressive. What we found during our short time with Home is that on one level, it's very simple as to not scare off the casual folk, but has many elements that will take some exploration to really get a grasp on. Wandering around and chatting is certainly easy enough to do, but the experience is really a 'you get out of it what you put in' type of scenario, where people who really spend a lot of time with the product will find many intricacies that others may not notice."
Benjamin Rivers has suggested that it is “totally possible” for two of his titles — Alone With You and Home — to be ported to Nintendo Switch.
I recently published an article about beating my Steam backlog by getting organised and the first game I’ve completed with this new approach is Home.
I chose Home not because of its production values or reviews, but because, well, it’s short. I needed a game to start my new approach on the right foot and read that Home takes less than two hours to beat.
Whatever my reasons for finally installing Home, I found it to be an enjoyable yet flawed title.

now bring the damn thing by september with LittleBigPlanet
sounds to me they were focusing too much on the non gaming aspects of home, like socializing, and other things like customizing your avatar, etc.
And Kaz came and told them to focus more on gaming side of things, like lanuching in out of games as group, and more gaming focus has delayed the lanuch.
Please just no more talk about Home till it's done, do whatever you have to do Sony, just get it done for gods sake.
Meh, not really interested in seeing previews anymore. They killed the excitement by delaying it so much.
a RELEASE DATE!
Actually I am more pumped about XMB and not really all that interested in Home. I am sure it will be fun to fool around with but XMB is what is needed most from Sony regarding their online experience.
