DHGF: Might & Magic X – Legacy certainly lives up to the name. It’s all about the legacy. It’s a throwback to the days of old, when dungeoneering was a painful learning process. They systems in play are old school, often to a fault. Drab visuals, generic story, and forgettable music don’t do the game any favors either. Still, this kind of game has its audience, and they will surely love the unforgiving nature and brutal difficulty. If that’s not your thing, you won’t enjoy this game. If it is your thing, well then enjoy this trip down memory lane.
Ubisoft has pulled Might and Magic X: Legacy from Steam while they fix the DRM issues. They've also issued a statement.
Ubisoft acted right away pulled their game to fix their fuck up. What did CD Projekt do oh just went around pretending everything was all right then admitted there is something with their game. It was a PR stunt to pat themselves on the back to acknowledge they royally screwed up. I trust a company that acts right away and fixes their fuck up not dancing around the bush and pretending everything is all right. Out of the two I trust Ubisoft over CD Projekt.
That’s good for them to pull it . I Loved Might & Magic back in the day . I didn’t know Ubibleh owns the IP now that’s too bad especially if they ruined the game like they tend to do with most of their franchises . Ubi is becoming an EA look alike. I once really liked Ubisoft but they have gone downhill as they get bigger . But this is a good move but they probably should have had better quality testing before releasing it at all . I know many gamers would do the job for cheap or not getting paid at all .
Might and Magic X may return PC via Steam in the future if Ubisoft can manage to fix the problems that caused them to delist the game on the storefront.
Ubisoft has updated their Online Services Masterlist with 8 older titles that will be losing online features as of May 22nd, 2021.
