Ya well all laptop batteries go south in about a year

Why is that? Just curious.

Never unplugging the charger from the laptop. You should cycle through the battery from completely dead to full to get the best battery life and preserve battery health about every month or so.

Ah, this is what he meant by that^^ Thanks!

Or just take the battery out of the laptop if you plan to use it on mains power for long periods.

These gains mirror the impressive performance per watt of the new GTX750ti. GTX750ti is a desktop part that uses only 60 watts max but performs BETTER than an AMD Radeon R7 260X with a 115 watt TDP.

It'll be the same architecture used here.

My laptop is already "slim" enough and has two GT 650M cards. Pretty sure I can't use SLI on battery but don't care. At least this "slim" trend will keep my gaming laptop relevant for the next few years. Work needs to be done on optimization anyway.
