Among Others, Nintendo is Attending Gamescom 2014

Countless renowned companies from home and abroad will be making an appearance at Gamescom this year, and Nintendo is among them.

I hope they reveal a new first person metroid. It would be beautiful on the wii u and it could use the gamepad in some really cool ways

Retro just finished DKC: Tropical Freeze. I don't think we'll see another Metroid for awhile. Corruption is easily one of the best shooters of last gen though.

Not sure if Nintendo will go for it, anyway. :/

That is a change, this will be the first Nintendo showed up aa gamescom.

Now the 3 big players wil be there and not just Sony owning the show.

Nintendo doesn't matter to me until they show Zelda Wii U. Meteor, star Fox, and a legit Mario would be nice as well, but to me Zelda is the reason for grown ups to have a Nintendo.

I would love a new Metroid, Star Fox, and full 3D Mario. However, I don't want to see another Zelda unless they do something drastic with the series. You don't have to over-dramatize it or anything, but at least make me care about the characters. I haven't cared about the story of a Zelda game since A Link to the Past.

Link to the past is my all time favorite video game. Maybe Nintendo should just remake that story with Wii U graphics.
