Will buy, i think the wii u is such a perfect system for horror games. Imagine running around in the apartments and hospital of silent hill 2... except instead of hiding behind the pause screen map you had to look DOWN at the map for just a few terrifying seconds just like james would... the thought is terrifying to me.
Edit: Wow nevermind. This looks extremely rough. If it looks better by launch i dont see much point in showing it now.

It's an eShop title that's very early in development.

That's what I loved about Resident Evil: Outbreak. No pausing!

I think this studio's games have lots of promise, but I think they should wait until the game is further in development, make an exciting, convincing trailer, and THEN officially reveal the game.

I mean, I know they want funding to make the game look more presentable, but it's hard to justify contributing if you don't think the game will look that great in the long run.

Anyway, I'm excited to see what Treefall can do.

Very true, unfortunately a lot of smaller studios don't have the means to really showcase the "Wow" trailer, especially when it's their first game on the Wii U. I applaud TreeFall because instead of making a simple basic game that a lot of companies try on the eShop, they go for something on a grander scale. I hope it translates to success for them.

I agree, SirNinten0. I really hope TreeFall is successful, because it really looks like they're dedicated to creating fun Wii U experiences.

I don't have to imagine anything. Zombi U did exactly that, and it was a launch game. One I enjoyed immensely, I must add; it felt like true survival horror.

:)

Zombi u did have that feeling and it was pretty good, but the game never left me with like a deeprooted dread of what lied around the corner. Zombies just dont do it for me, stuff like Silent Hill or Fatal Frame could be literally be made more scary by the gamepad though.

Looks interesting. Good to see a lot more games coming to the WiiU.

Just finished Outlast today on PS4 and am ready for more this year!

The Survival-Horror genre needs to make a comeback on consoles. If this game, alongside Outlast, The Evil Within and SOMA can accomplish so, I'll be a veeeeery happy gamer!

These guys really are giving it their all to get their games on Wii U, I commend them on that. Hope this project does pay off, it looks promising. It's lacking some polishing, but the effort is definitely there.
