Rumor: Dishonored II Teaser Image Leaked?

I remember the day I watched Dishonored being played on Twitch. And bought it on Steam the very next minute. Couldnt stop playing the game.

I hope we get to play Corvo again, he is a character that would be great with character development and a voice.

I know at the end of the game the Outsider showed you (in low chaos) that Corov dies of old age with Emily being beside his grave placing her doll onto it but even still I guess there's still many stories to tell.

Hell that could of just been a "What if" outcome...who knows how things actually end up. The Outsider could just be showing you one of many timelines since he lives "outside" of reality.

If they use Corvo again i hope they give him dialogue, Daud's narration in the DLC made the story more enjoyable.

I didn't understand why they didn't....they gave him a design, used in the promotional material and trailers, why didn't they use a voice to go with it.

It annoys me when devs don't give voices to the the main character, it was the same for Metro (although Artyom had a voice when he narrates the story when the game is loading)

Hope they fix the combat, story, and AI....and maybe change the art style a little so I don't feel like I'm playing a wannabe Bioshock.

It was easy, and it felt like I was hitting air when I was attacking enemies. The enemies were also extremely stupid and 99.9% of the time I was getting credit for stealth when I was running around in broad daylight, which took all the suspense and thrill out of trying to sneak up on people and after reading I could kill everyone and anyone, I was disappointed when it gave me a game over because I killed a random maid (granted I didn't actually mean too but she snuck up on me so I stabbed her), so the game is very restrictive killing the immersion as well.

I agree mostly, being overly excited about the first since before it was even well known I was left disappointed. A lot they can do with it though, intrigued.

Execution was good. Not perfect, but good and solid overall in delivering what was probably the most free-running and open stealth gameplay the genre had seen in a long time.

It certiainly wasn't awful. Combat was easy with plentiful potions, but I still found it fun when done by necessity and the game is clearly meant to be played with stealth. AI was a bit stupid, but still very lethal and you needed to watch your back to succeed well. The storyline was definitely under-cooked, but the world-building stood out with the heart, scenarios, atmosphere, and logs. Also, there's nothing wrong with the art style.

There's still room for improvement, but it was a good game. It can have some flaws and shortcomings, and still be good. I noticed these issues, but I didn't dwell on them because the rest of the game was very enjoyable. And I'm not even one who usually enjoys stealth games.

Even the DLC from the original game held up incredibly well. A full blown release is more than welcome.

I liked Dishonored but I didn't love it. I agree that it felt more like Thief than...well...Thief did but something about the game didn't stick with me. I'm all for another kick at the can because I feel that they set the groundwork for what could turn into an awesome franchise.

I know I'm definitely in the minority, but I didn't like Dishonored really at all. I'm actually enjoying the new Thief game more than I enjoyed Dishonored. Dishonored reminded me of a gimmicky Thief - like Thief with magic tricks. It was hokey, and really took away from my experience.

At least in Thief, I can change the game mechanics to more or less behave like the original Thief games. Currently I'm playing with no focus, no lethal takedowns, and special arrows only, and I'm enjoying it.
