I need to get myself a PS4, so many awesome looking indie games coming to it.

I would say wait a little, maybe until infamous. I have one and its the best console out so I wouldn't say you'd be let down if you buy one now, theres a lot of great games and features.

"Sony reached out to us and have been so great and friendly towards our studio. They drop in from time to time just to say hey and ask how development is going so it’s a nice relationship! They’ve been so helpful in our development so we definitely feel like we would want to work with them"

"We continued to ask about whether or not there would be an Xbox One version of the game, Bottomley explained, “We haven’t tried out the ID Xbox. To be honest, we haven’t really spoken to Microsoft at all and no one has ever reached out to us from there so we don’t currently have any plans for Xbox.”"

This seems to be a trend of Sony actually engaging smaller studios and treating them with actual respect, as opposed to Microsofts approach of only going to a studio if they have a big hyped game they can nab.

Need to change your ways quick if you want to compete MS!

In it for the long haul. Microstudios of today could grow to be important players in 5 or 6 years time, Sony engaging them now is an investment in good games fo today and better relationships in future.

at the start of last gen MS had a lot of indi support and sony was lackluster at best. over the last 2 years ps3 and vita have stepped up and the momentum appears to be carrying over to the ps4.
