Michael D Writes:
Games these days try to put a focus on their stories. Telling a good tale often takes precedence over gameplay. However, many times this is a game’s downfall. Pretty graphics and celebrity voice actors can only go so far when making a compelling video game. Luckily, Spike Chunsoft breaks these trends with Danganronpa: Trigger Happy Havoc, and brings one of the most gripping stories in gaming to the Playstation Vita while succeeding in all aspects.
After over a decade, the anniversary version of Danganronpa: Trigger Happy Havoc has arrived on Xbox and is also available through Xbox Game Pass.
The event will include a live performance of popular songs from the series by band members, a look back at the past 10 years of the series with fans and guests, and more.

To those who complain about the difficulty and hand holding, the game was slightly designed to be that way.
Danganronpa 1, is designed as an introduction and leads players into the world, whereas Super Danganronpa 2 (coming this fall to the west) was designed for those who have completed the first game, and offers much more engaging, challenging gameplay. It was also voted one of the games of the year when released in Japan, and was met with fantastic critical acclaim.
I enjoyed the anime.
Does this game follow the same storyline as the anime or is it different?
