... every Ninja Gaiden game he's been involved with, has been mediocre at best, and often just bad.

Ninja Gaiden Sigma was worse than the EXCELLENT Ninja Gaiden Black.

Ninja Gaiden 2 Sigma was also mediocre.

Ninja Gaiden 3 was terrible. Ninja Gaiden 3 Razor's Edge was slightly less terrible.

The PS Vita ports of Sigma 1 and 2 were bad.

Not to mention the censorship when it comes to the EU and Asian releases of many of these games.

Not to mention leaving out the original Japanese voices in the Vita ports of Sigma 1 and 2.

Not to mention the horrible DLC-milking they've stooped to, in the recent Dead or Alive 5.

Team Ninja has really dropped in quality big-time, since Itagaki left. Sadly.

Amen...they'll probably never reach the heights they did with the NG remake or black.

Who in their right mind would disagree with this most excellent and accurate of posts?

NG black is the best ninja game imo. No button mashing. Izuna drop was hard to pull off. I switched from ps2 to xbox because of ninja gaiden black.

Ninja Gaiden Black is one of my favorite games ever. They seemingly have forgotten about everything that made it so good, escpecially the tight and perfectly executed combat system. Everything I saw from Ninja Gaiden Z until now seems awful to me. It seems to contradict with everything that Ninja Gaiden used to stand for.

It's... it's like I would have written it myself. So much agreeing right now, so much.
