WWE Network Console App Review: NO, NO, NO I Gimme Gimme Games

GGG writes in their review of the WWE Network App for video game systems:

"The network/app also promises all twelve yearly PPVs for no additional cost, including Wrestlemania. I've been using the WWE Network app for the past two days on PS4 and I have to say its more than a bit clunky and is plagued with various issues."

Reviewing the app when the company has stated there are issues they are working on and WILL BE fixed....seems legit.

mrbojingles4082d ago

said every EA employee at Battlefield 4's launch when people complained about issues.

DualWielding4082d ago

the fact that Chris Benoit matches would be available has gotten me interested

Bathyj4082d ago

Really? Thats interesting. I thought hed been erased from history.

mrbojingles4082d ago

I know some people are more than happy to never hear his name or see his face again. Its complicated and I'd never tell anyone how to handle it but I can still see his work as what it is, some of the best wrestling ever.

Omegasyde4082d ago (Edited 4082d ago )

The crippler was in a TON OF pay per view matches, let alone the old WCW stuff had the "new" 4 hoursemen vs NWO matches (some of his best).

Despite how Chris dided with no honor(murder/suicide), he still was a good wrestler. It's a shame what 'roids can do to you.

Exodecai4082d ago

I wouldn't do a review right now. I predicted there'd be issues during the first week... now if these issues continue past let's say Wrestlemania... that's a sign that there's a big problem.

Cra2yey34082d ago

the app doesnt even have a search option... an early review isnt fair i guess but they shouldve had these simply issues figured out at launch.

rocky0475864082d ago

yes it does have a search option. Only on pS3 so far.

Cra2yey34082d ago

Ps4 app does not have search.

I'm wondering if I buy a physical copy from Japan if it would automatically download the English patch.

ZeekQuattro6h ago

Might want to double check. A good number of times Japanese copies of games won't let you switch to English. I usually just get the Korean versions of anything I import for that very reason.

jznrpg6h ago

Like Zeek said bout the Asian version just in case. There are cases where Japanese have English options but it’s not very common

Saw that Balatro got over 100000! Reviews on Steam. Crazy.

Only game from these three I care about is Warhammer 40,000: Boltgun since it seems to be a nice fps.

darthv7211h ago

boltgun is pretty damn fun... I have it on my steamdeck and it is crazy good.

DefenderOfDoom211h ago

I bought Warhammer Boltgun for the PS4. Very fun retro style FPS !

Damn, I thought the Until Dawn Remake was going to be one. Not a month for me.

Yui_Suzumiya11h ago

Boltgun is so much fun. I own it on Steam, PS4 and Switch (Physical). Beaten it so many times that I could probably get through it in my sleep, lol.
