Continue Play takes a look at the differences between the PS3 and PS4 versions of Yakuza Restoration
2017 is a big year for the Yakuza series! Yakuza 0 was released back on January 24, and now Yakuza Kiwami is coming to the PlayStation 4 on August 29. Now is the perfect time to get into the series. But before people do, they may be wondering what they should know about these games. Cue an extensive explanation!
That it's an awesome series, and that it's not like GTA at all (something many people assume when they first see it).
You need to know that if you are curious about the series, go out and buy a Yakuza 0. You may thank me later.
That it's amazing? Didn't even know the series exist until the release of Yakuza 0. At that time I have nothing to play to I gave it a try. And wow the story is just amazing. It's so interesting that I didnt even do any side missions or side content of the game.
If you're reading this and you still didn't get to play Yakuza. I recommend you play it. The story is 11 out of 10.
Continue Play's Shehzaan Abdulla takes a look at Yakuza: Restoration - known in Japan as Ryuu Ga Gotoku: Ishin! - explains just what on earth is going on in it for who don't speak Japanese, and finds it to be shaping up as a vast improvement over the lackluster Yakuza 5.
I really hope ATLUS confirms this for NA and other non-Asian regions. I'm confident EU would love to have this as well.
Gematsu: For the first time in color.
Idk anybody that thinks the Japanese mafia, or mafia in general isnt cool. If they would just advertise this game, I think it would kick ass in other regions
just slap on some subs and then ship it of to the west... we dont need bad voice overs.
