Taking a fresh perspective of Mass Effect 3 from the context of the entire trilogy
Top prize for the most cornball (shepard) writing in gaming history.
Thank you for your insightful comment.
My pleasure my good man as my desire to please and bring a good word to those less acquainted with Shepard's vexatious and campy 'pep-rally' rhetoric knows absolutely no bounds. Please sir, if you would be so willing, would thou enlighten us with thy very own opinion o' fellow brother of the 3 bubbles?
If they keep this game going, learn from past mistakes and don't f**k up the story .
BioWare is still a phenomenal company that makes creative games. I have faith in them.
I for one hope that we see another game like ME launches on next gen consoles soon. For all the crap bioware got for Me3 ending(which bioware shouldn't have over promised. you don't say every choice you have made so far matters than give 3 options and 3 of the same kind of options) but either way ME series is excellent and i plan on replaying all 3 games soon with all the dlc for one more time of complete adventure
Funny thing is I just started playing the multiplayer of this game a week ago and I find myself liking it a lot.
Multiplayer was very well done. I understand that it's considered to be one of the most successful co-ops of its generation.
As far as I'm concerned, the scripting and plotting of ME3 are exaggerations of mistakes which were in ME1. That because they had less time to work, were more interested in getting the game out a certain time, it turned out the way it did.
Kind of hoping all there games come to next gen in a bundle with all dlc
3 ending killed getting any mass effect games again never replayed 1 and 2 because of it and got no dlc for third and I mean I loved them games and my shepherd. For me it really was that bad.
I understand where you're coming from. I am replaying through ME3 now with the Citadel DLC and I think it's well-worth it though. To be fair, I replayed through ME1 + ME2 first as a pallet-cleanser for ME3. Knowing that ME4 is in the middle of development also peaked my interest again.
