Shadowrun Returns Dragonfall Expansion Available For Pre-Order

It feels a little odd calling something with its own full-length campaign, new feature and gameplay enhancements an “expansion,” but that’s exactly how Harebrained Schemes is billing Dragonfall, the first bit of epic DLC for Shadowrun Returns. And in case this bit of additional content was something you had your eye on, you can now pre-order this “magic-meets-cyberpunk” gaming goodness for $14.99.

Not going to preorder, but I am extremely happy the wait is almost over. Was one of my favorite games from last year.

I missed this one :( Dl'ing now. Really loved Shadowrun on Genesis and SNES. I didn't like it on xbox 360 (different genre) i just didn't think it was a good MP game. I know people disagree but thats just imo

It's a really good game, don't get me wrong but IMO it falls short of the SNES game. I was expecting something a bit less linear much like the SNES game where you could go pretty much everywhere you wish. Instead, you play through levels. As I said, very good game nonetheless (An 8 I'd say.)

I'm definitely getting Dragonfall.

It is made by the same guys as the Genesis and Shadowrun guys. But, the cool thing is that on Steam you get a ton of "free" content based on what others in the community have created.

Have they rebalanced the game at all since launch? I was a little disappointed at how street samurais seemed to steamroll everything.

All three of these games are fucking badass

Yeah, I also loved SNES version of Shadowrunner, it was my favorite childhood game.

Sega (Genesis/Mega Drive) came out with one in 1994 and IMHO it was a more sophisticated game than the SNES one although I actually prefered the simpler SNES version.
