Noah, now 16, is about to lose his little sister to the perils of war in the real world. He barely manages to follow her and finds himself, alone, back in Silence; the dreamscape world he traveled as Sadwick the clown. And even here, war ravages the land. In search for his sister Noah – again in the guise of Sadwick- joins a group of rebels who fight the False Queen.
With completely new 3D visuals, Silence: The Whispered World 2 takes players back to Silence, a world made of dreams.
Rob Pitt writes: A few years ago I bought a game on the PlayStation 4, a game which looked absolutely stunning, like an interactive watercolour, from a rare genre at the time, a full point-and-click adventure game on modern consoles. Sure, in recent years we’ve seen the genre return, with more games coming out every year, but around the time of this game’s launch, the market was lacking these types of games.
The game was Silence, also known as The Whispered World 2. A few weeks ago, Silence made it’s way over to the latest platform which is embracing the point-and-click format more than any other, the Nintendo Switch.
Silence: The Whispered World 2 is a sequel to Daedalic Entertainment’s The Whispered World, and the recent Switch Release is an okay game at best. - Tim @CD
Awesome!
I was all in over The whispered world and it's story so a sequel, although in 3D visuals, sounds amazing.
