And now, Thorstein reacts to articles that refer to the authors in the 3rd person....

Step 1 get a degree in journalism. Lacking that, attend English class in high school before ...erm... typing ....erm... articles.

PSNow (no you didn't coin was obvious since SONY abbreviated the first Playstation.) is going to be interesting. I would love to get my hands on some older games including Dragon Quest VIII (and others.) Also, it would be nice to nab some of the classic RTS games. PSNow has an advantage over other streaming services: a huge back catalog of games.

Would it be plausible to have trophy support for games on PS Now, that are beyond the PS3?

I have a feeling that very soon, other companies are going to offer similar services to PS Now. Just like other companies - Amazon Instant video, Now TV, Blinkbox, (sony's own) crackle following in the footsteps of the very popular Netflix!

I think other companies will make there app available & tailored to other devices such as the Xbox One & Wii U (eliminating third party support issue), also tablets, PC's, smart TV's & all smart phones. This could happen because Sony does not own exclusive rights to all the third party games coming to PS Now, only exclusives. Publishers might allow PC versions of there third party games to be streamed by other service providers! Third parties & indie developers will allow it, as they are sure to make back the revenue lost from the impending decrease in physical format sales (if this game streaming attempt is a huge success of course).

There needs to be a profitable business model in place that doesn't fracture your userbase or isolate your retail partners. PSNow will be a bit of a challenge for Sony. It's a great idea to give your consumer products an edge on the competition, but not at the expense of your core market. That is what Sony is trying to figure out right now.

Physical format versions could offer extra content, like extra levels & modes, maybe free collectors items aswell, this could still give customers the incentive to buy it on disc too.
