Overall not bad since you get past and upcoming events if I 'm reading that right. I personally only would be interested in the WWF era. I also wonder does this include WCW and ECW footage?

BoriboyShoGUN3750d ago (Edited 3750d ago )

Agreed, wouldn't mind going back to the days of the SuperPowers!!!!

*Theres a fee woops nevermind, guess I should of read the article. I'll just watch the classics on youtube!

It includes all of the ECW and WCW programming, including their PPVs.

ceedubya93750d ago

Yep, includes ecw and wcw shows and ppvs!

gpturbo813750d ago

when wwe purchased wcw, they aquired all rights to the footage as well. thats why even to this day they keep releasing wcw dvds, like the monday night wars dvd.

NatureOfLogic3750d ago

So this is now the cheapest way to catch ppv events?

YungDragon3750d ago

Yep. $9.99 a month (Must commit to 6mos) AND it includes Wrestlemania

gpturbo813750d ago

thats a hell of a deal considering most of their ppvs are $55, while wrestlemania alone is $65.

DeadlyFire3750d ago

But you know Wrestlemania is the one that is worth all the money in the bank.

I can't wait for a real next generation wrestling game debuts. I thought PS3/X360 would bring in new things for wrestling games, but they didn't at all they even knocked the player count down from 8 to 6 with less fps than the gen before. Things should be different this time with 2K I believe, but its still early.

curtis923750d ago

$10/mo. gets you all ppvs including mania. Whatever your stance is on pro wrestling currently, that's a hell of a deal compared to the old way. Very well played, WWE. Way to approach your product in a new, modern way.

JetsFool35003750d ago

So I can buy one month & watch wrestlemania for $10?

STK0263750d ago

the 10$ a month requires a 6 months commitment, meaning 60$. Considering WM is usually around 60$ by itself, it would be wise to take the 6 months subscription.

frankiebeans3750d ago

you can watch all wwe ppv or not free online live and hd im not going to provide sites but google will show you the way with the right key words

nevin13750d ago

@Curtis "Whatever your stance is on pro wrestling currently, that's a hell of a deal compared to the old way"

That's a very good point. Personally wrestling got boring for me Spring 2002 when changed the name to WWE and split the roster. Hasn't been good since. But if $10 is all you need, that's not bad. But is a contract system? Netflix lets me cancel anytime and I can sign up again with my settings.

TomahawkX3750d ago

I like the idea of having a linear live tv schedule and some of the original shows look decent like the Wrestlemania Rewind show. I hope they make a show about WWE videogames or wrestlers playing video games, i would watch that.

Mishmash193750d ago

They can offer PPVs for less with this network because they are in total control. They do not need to pay cable providers now to get the PPVs out there. Skipping the middle man...

Mad Catz Xbox One Force Feedback Racing Wheel

During our visit to Showstoppers at CES 2014, we stopped by the Mad Catz booth. We had heard Mad Catz had a new racing wheel, but we didn’t know much about it. As we came to find out, this was not your mothers racing wheel. This wheel has force feedback like no ones business, and has an amazing turning radius of 270 degrees...

Man I still can't decide which console I want.

Volkama3731d ago

There is no rush. Neither really has the games to warrant immediate purchase, wait for a bit and see what takes your fancy.

This wheel though, this costs as much as a console so probably wont factor into your decision too heavily (if you have that kind of money get both consoles).

Remy_S3731d ago

How this company is still in business is beyond me. The only quality products they have made were those premium fight sticks that used actual Japanese arcade sticks and buttons, everything else for the most part has been junk.

Boody-Bandit3731d ago (Edited 3731d ago )

Yeah I have several of their TE sticks with Sanwa Denshi parts but this wheel is absolute garbage.

"Amazing 270 degrees of rotation" <- Please tell me Madcatz is joking? 270 degrees is so 2 generations ago. Most wheels today are 900 to 1080 degrees of rotation. 270 is WAY too narrow. They humbly believe it's the best wheel on the market? Seriously Madcatz, just stop.

That is over priced trash at $399 for no clutch pedal, no stand alone shifter and only 270 degrees of rotation. I wouldn't use this wheel if it was given to me. I will stick with my Fanatec CSR Elite (900 degrees) and Thrustmaster T500 RS (1080 degrees).

PSNghost883731d ago

To be completely honest...this is definitely the best steering wheel....for the Xbox One, right now. There are plenty of other wheels that are better, but they do not work on Xbox One. All Xbox One peripherals are encrypted and have to be Xbox One certified. The wheel is actually the best product Mad Catz has ever had. I know because I am the one that was there. With that said, still not at the level of performance that is expected from high end wheel makers, but is excellent for the companies history. $399 is a terrible price. I agree with that hands down. But your'e not steering anything else for Xbox One until something better comes up.

nfl3731d ago (Edited 3731d ago )

Me too. I just wish they made support for our fanatec csr wheels on next gen. Im still praying. Lol
It may have helped a few extra sales with people who actually paid so much for these amazing wheels. I was going to get the xbone on launch as i wanted to use my fanatec with forza 5. I still havent bought one for this reason.....yet.
I played with controller at eurogamer and loved the rumble effect though. I just like my wheel with clutch and 6 gears shifter more :(
I still make use and enjoy it on f4 and gt6 though.

Boody-Bandit3731d ago (Edited 3731d ago )

PSNghost88

This Madcatz wheel is far from the best on the XBOX ONE right now. The Thrustmaster TX458 is 10x the wheel this offering from Madcatz. The TX458 is on par if not a hair better than my T500 RS wheel from Thrustmaster.

Most of the sim racing fans I know use the T500 even over the most used wheel in sim racing the Logitech G25 & G27. Now as far as XBOX ONE compatibility there is only ONE solution for now and it isn't this Madcatz wheel but the TX458 from Thrustmaster. If you did your research you would know this.

I've been sim racing for over a decade on FFB wheels (to which I have owned over a dozen wheels) and I know of which I speak. Thrustmaster and Fanatec own the under $1k FFB wheel market since Logitech appears that they wont be making any more wheels. This Madcatz wheel should cost $199 at best.

How about turning down the music so we can actually hear what they are saying.

PSNghost883731d ago

The sound is fine. Maybe your too old :-P

Milruka3731d ago

No, H-shift, no clutch, No deal.

I'll stick with my G27.
