GTA v isn't the only game that's released three consoles generations running but nothing has sold those numbers including GTA San Andreas which is now 4 console generations deep.

You're either lying or just don't know what pre rendered means. Pre rendered means that if you change the character's appearance (clothes, accessories etc) they wouldn't show up in the cutscenes because they were already made and aren't being rendered in real time. This is something that doesn't happen in Rockstar games.

In fact some of the scenes in RDR2 looked better in the retail version than at launched.

That’s an awful clickbait title. The use of the word ‘as’ means the first statement is the result of the second, when in reality they’re not connected.
Also the same for red dead redemption 2 and GTA trilogy (albeit they split that into individual games)

GTA V is the pass-around sub title, and it probably doesn't even matter because everyone owns a copy or even two by now.

Noticed my copy of gta5 on Steam was already upgraded without me doing anything. How can you still play the legacy version?

Is there anything wrong with the enhanced version if you’re just playing single player?
Make that Top 4, cause the rest are multi-platform. You could literally do a Top 10 for PS3 and all of them be exclusives.
I preferred to not go with total exclusives, as I could've then added Project Gotham Racing, Geometry Wars, Fable, and countless other games. I felt there were some great, AAA titles that were in fact multi-platform games that deserved to be on the list. This wasn't a list to be biased towards any specific console.
