Alex St-Amour from 3GEM writes: ' Sony’s successor to the PSP, the Vita sports some very powerful hardware and has built itself a reputable game library over the past few years, but the system just can’t seem to tap into the success that the other systems on the market are enjoying. But why is that? On the surface, the Vita seems to have everything going for it. So why exactly does no one want a PlayStation Vita?'
While gamers usually take notice of the mainline missions, these 5 side quests deserve more widespread attention for how entertaining they are.
Final Fantasy 7 has come back under the spotlight thanks to the release of Final Fantasy VII Rebirth, but is it worth replaying the original?
Very much so. Graphically it's dated but the story and the gameplay haven't aged a day. It's still one of my all time favourite RPGs and for me is better than Remake in some ways.
Uncover secrets, defeat challenging bosses, and upgrade your arsenal in these exciting Metroidvania titles on the PlayStation Vita.
I really like the Vita but I'm having a hard time keeping up with all the 3DS games that came out this year. Seriously that thing's a beast.
The only reason to avoid buying a Vita would be the memory card prices... That is seriously the ONLY thing holding it back. Oh, and it would be nice if we could see more localization... Come on Sony, it has like twice as many games in Japan as it does anywhere else in the world.
I have a 3DS and love it to death. I can't say for sure I wouldn't like a Vita. There aren't really any games for it that scream out at me to buy a Vita, but that is just my preferences.
Honestly, the main reason I would get a Vita at this point, is so I could play my PS4 in bed. The remote play feature mimics the Off Screen play found on the Wii U and that feature is utterly fantastic. With a wife and young child, being able to play my Wii U on the controller is a life saver. Being able to do the same on my PS4 with a Vita would be amazing as well.
We'll see, the price keeps getting lower, so I may crack and get one...
Vita sales have been rising... considerably so peopl do want a vita, well more and more people want one and are buying one...
Except for the current 7 million people that bought one including myself.
