2013 has been a great year for games, as we've already detailed in our Top 10 Best Video Games list, but there's also been a fair share of disappointing titles that we've had to sift through.

I would think Aliens would be at the very top of everyone's list. All those awesome demos and pre-release videos, just for it to release as an awful, horrible, no good mess.

The only way this list could have Knack and not Ryse would be if the writer wasn't expecting much out of Ryse.

There wasn't too much anticipation for Ryse, nobody expected it to be good, Knack had more hype and Cerny behind it. I actually beat Ryse, was a decent game, worth a rent, same with Knack.

So... A bad game isn't a bad game if people's expectations if it were low?

That would make the author's list a list of great games, but they're bad because if his unrealistic expectations..,

The list isn't the worst games of 2013, it's the most "Disappointing". A game that's disappointing isn't bad, it just didn't live up to expectations.

Knack, Remember Me, GOW: Ascension, and Beyond: Two Souls were not even close to being bad games... And I doubt Batman is as bad as people claim.

Edit: and there's not a single xbox exclusive in that list, yet there are three sony exclusives... Not biased *at all*...

Battlefield 4 should have been in there.
