3GEM Review: The Legend Of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds

Alex Cote of 3GEM writes: ' Should you play this game? Definitely! Is it a great game? Yes! But it’s also a heck of a disappointment.'

Honestly, Zelda is my favorite series but the more I play this one the less I like it...

I always bring proof and examples to back up my chatter.

When I dont like a certain thing, i call out its mistakes along side PROOF of the WHERE it failed and WHEN it failed. Because without proof, then others will think it is just an opinion rather a FACT . .

O-D-C, where does this game fail, what is wrong with the game?? where is your proof that the game does not entertain in a NEW and CREATEive way? or is it just YOU ? (;

explain your self or forever sound confused <<

happy holidays (:

and regarding the review . it got minus points because 1. it was way to short,
2. it was way too easy
3. it lacks original art style.

Listen closely for I am about to expose the review (: . .

1. its too easy? haha the reviewer mentions nothing about the Hero Mode in this game which caters to hardcore gamers, the original mode is more for beginners < fact Hero Mode deals quadruple damage as already stated in past reviews and by Nintendo themselves . this means the game just went from a 7.7 to an 8.7 . < fact

2. the game is too short? a short game does not mean it is bad or that points should be deducted. Take Journey for example, the game is only 1 hour long, or Limbo is only like 4 hours long, yet still greatness! this means this review score just went from an 8.7 to a 9.7

3. According to the review score, "the game looks great, but lacks originality" . haha . the game is a direct sequel from a 90's title, it is supposed to look the way it is, and for Nintendo to have stuck with a look from the 90's being that we are already in the 20th century 2014, Nintendo takes the glory for going back to the past having to find an art style relevant to the 90's, as A Link Between Worlds is a direct sequel < (:

the game just jumped from a 9.7 to a perfect score hahaa . how do you like that . review fixed < fact

If you got a problem with my exposing this review, and you have something against me to say about this, DONE FORGET THE PROOF THAT I BROUGHT TO PROVE MY POINTS . thank you . .

Happy Holidays !

The reasons I'm enjoying ALBW less a less is because the further I get the more I'm realising that it's just treading the ground that ALTTP already did. It seems to be a very 'safe' Zelda (Im 2 dungeons into Lorule) and while I appreciate it and enjoy it on it's own merits I wish it did more to set itself apart. I mean so much of it just screams 'hey remember this from ALTTP? Well here it is again!'. I'm seriously finding things in the same place as I did back in the early 90's.

All in all, I enjoy ALBW, I would probably give it an 8.5 / 10 (its by far the best handheld Zelda since Minish - not counting OOT 3D) but I wish it was more original in a lot of ways

Just finished Zelda: ALBW and the only thing I can say is that it is a pure unadulterated Masterpiece. I think this review was spawned in response to the recent Gamespot game of the year award that was given to this game, expect others to appear with even lower scores following Gamespot's GOTY award!
