Top 5 game sales per system worldwide in week 18, 2008

What are the best-selling games in America, Japan, and Europe this week? Mario Kart Wii takes the stop spot in the Wii chart. And naturally Grand Theft Auto IV debuts on number one on both the Xbox 360 and PS3 charts.

I think I would rather go play GTA1 on PS1 that was ~12 years ago.

Face it: the reason big names are the best games is because they put a lot of money into it, so as to make as much out of the franchise as possible. Why not make a new mario kart? And if you're going to make one, give it a largish budget (though this one sucks I suppose).
