Dang Tencent is just buying everything up it sees not sure I like the idea of working for a Chinese holding company. I don't even like the idea of working for EA or Activision either.

ArmorOfGod1003d ago

Tencent is way worse than EA/Activision due to its ties to the ruling party in China. Effectively, giving money to Tencent means supporting the internment of Uyghur Muslims, Social Credit scores and caste systems which permanently impoverish families and permanently enrich others based purely on bloodlines.

If you don't know $41t about a company then you should shut your damn mouth. You are just a sheep fed up with whatever the media tells you to because that's all you in your tiny little mind can process.
Inform yourself first before posting garbo like this online and yes that's is called common sense and not defending at least that's what any normal person should do.

@DefaultCommunist You are clearly a CCP shill. You pop up in every thread about Tencent to defend them. Please say hello to Winnie the Pooh for me.

Aggressive. Are they preparing for some kind of war? I would venture a guess that they are working on some kind of subscription based platform and are stacking talent.

derek1003d ago

Yep, they have the content and will want at some point to maximize the return on their investment.

What's the endgame here? A console? Become the Chinese Ubisoft? Biggest publisher in the world? Super Uber Stadia streaming service?
